Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and use 0kbet you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 0kbet enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity verification documents from any account holder where age is in question.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 0kbet employee or affiliated gaming partner.

Identity Verification and KYC

0kbet may at any time request that a Player complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts for which KYC is requested but not completed within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended. Winnings held on an unverified account may be withheld pending KYC completion. 0kbet's KYC decisions are final.

Registration Requirements

To create a 0kbet account you must provide accurate and complete information as requested during registration, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number you own and control, used as your primary account identifier and for SMS verification.
• A valid email address you own and have regular access to, used for account notifications and security alerts.
• A strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity conducted under your account.
• Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered account on 0kbet. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited. If 0kbet identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicates will be closed, associated balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be suspended or permanently terminated. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact 0kbet support immediately.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 0kbet account. Do not share your username, password, or any access codes with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, notify 0kbet support immediately via live chat. 0kbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Deposits

All deposits to your 0kbet account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. 0kbet sets no upper limit on individual deposits, though your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own per-transaction caps.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods are displayed in your account cashier.
• 0kbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated 0kbet account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your 0kbet account.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 0kbet may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Processing times vary by method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 0kbet are denominated in BDT. 0kbet does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or digital tokens of any kind. Any attempt to deposit in a non-BDT currency will result in the transaction being declined.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

0kbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement terms. Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 0kbet reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects abuse, exploitation, or bad-faith claiming — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or automated software.
• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed standard account registration and, where required, identity verification. Promotional offers may be restricted to residents of Bangladesh or specific regions.

Promotion Changes

0kbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer or bonus scheme at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already accepted a bonus and the wagering requirement is in progress, 0kbet will honour the terms in place at the time of acceptance, except in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical error.

Bet Placement and Settlement

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The following rules apply to all bets placed on 0kbet:

• All sports bets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi) are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 0kbet's decision is final.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed disruption resulting in an incorrect price or market being offered, 0kbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 0kbet may adjust bet limits for individual Players or markets at any time without prior notice.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games on 0kbet — including slots, live table games, and crash games — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of any game before wagering real money. The house edge, RTP, and volatility of each game are determined by the game's certified software and are not modified by 0kbet. Winnings generated through gameplay are credited to the Player's account balance in real time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements where the bet was funded by a bonus balance.

Player Protection Tools

0kbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All registered Players have access to the following self-management tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out, preventing extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be reopened until the chosen period expires.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win or loss figures, helping you maintain awareness of time and money spent during play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0kbet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity. 0kbet employs AML monitoring and may freeze accounts pending investigation by relevant authorities.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors in any game or market. Winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events offered on the Platform. Such activity will be reported to the relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies.

Consequences of Prohibited Activity

Where 0kbet determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited activity, 0kbet may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; confiscation of all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances; reversal of recent withdrawals where permitted by applicable payment regulations; and referral of the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies. 0kbet's determination is final and binding.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

In addition to the prohibited activities in Section 7, 0kbet may suspend or terminate a Player's account for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 0kbet, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity documentation.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player through their payment provider that are found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme. Voluntarily closed accounts retain their closure status for the full duration of any self-exclusion period selected.

Platform Availability

0kbet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 0kbet's reasonable control including force majeure events. 0kbet will not be liable to any Player for losses, missed bets, or inability to access account funds arising from Platform downtime, except where such downtime is the direct result of 0kbet's proven gross negligence.

Financial Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. 0kbet is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player through the normal course of gambling activity on the Platform. Players accept that gambling outcomes are determined by chance or, in sports betting, by real-world event outcomes, and that 0kbet does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether they can afford to gamble and to set appropriate limits on their activity.

Amendments to These Terms

0kbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Where changes are material, 0kbet will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms to the extent required, and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate by sending a written description of your complaint to [email protected]. 0kbet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days. All dispute correspondence with 0kbet must be conducted in English.
